Product Description

The CDS 1100 and CDS 2100 represent Labsphere’s top of the line CCD Array Spectrometers and are designed for real-time spectral characterization. Both units feature increased stability and high dynamic range for a broad range of applications, providing multiple spectral ranges to choose from with a higher resolution. With a spectral range of 250 to 850 nm and 350 to 1050 nm respectively, the key to the performance of these instruments is the Crossed Czerny-Turner spectrograph, with a premium electrically cooled back thinned illuminated CCD detector designed for highly efficient stray-light rejection. Other features of the spectrometers include wide spectral range, comprehensive light measurement software, and wavelength accuracy <0.4 nm.
